Nonprofit Capacity Building Initiative The Nonprofit Capacity Building Initiative is a Northern New York Community Foundation effort to help strengthen the effectiveness of local nonprofit organizations. Grants up to $5,000 may be awarded to nonprofits seeking outside expertise and resources to develop and grow their internal structure, practices and operations.
