Established in 1965, the NNLM is the field force of the National Library of Medicine (NLM). We provide health information resources, educational training, and project funding for member organizations. We work with libraries and community-based organizations to support health literacy, advance health equity, improve engagement with research and data, expand professional knowledge, and promote awareness of NLM resources within local communities.
