Each February, NGLA brings together collegians and professionals at an Annual Conference.

Conference Purpose: The Northeast Greek Leadership Association (NGLA) provides educational experiences and programming with the goal of helping the fraternal community align actions with values. NGLA is committed to assisting chapters to align actions with values, promoting learning, community building, values-based leadership, and overall well-being of students and professionals.
