National ProStart Invitational (NPSI) Competition Scholarships

Geographic Scope: United States (all 50 states)

Overview:
The National ProStart Invitational is an annual national competition featuring ProStart students from all 50 states competing in culinary arts and restaurant management. Graduating ProStart seniors on each state's championship teams are eligible for scholarships.

Award Amounts:

$1,500 scholarship for each graduating ProStart senior on state championship teams

$150 American Express gift cards for each state's first place culinary arts and restaurant management team members

Eligibility:

ProStart students competing in the National ProStart Invitational

Graduating seniors on state championship teams only

Must be enrolled in ProStart program

Program Details:

Typically features 400+ ProStart students from every state

Two competition categories: Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management

Held annually (typically spring, competition date varies)

Includes special virtual celebration events and recognition (NPSI Live)
