Current portfolio: 526 affordable housing units with $12.6 million in cumulative closed loans

Recent activity: Closed on five loans totaling $11.2 million in last two months (as of February 2026)

Key Projects Supported:

Madison Station: $2 million bridge loan supporting 221 affordable homes for families and seniors

Renaissance on Jefferson: $2.6 million in loans supporting 66 mixed-income homes (40% at 75% or less of area median income) in historic Fisk/Meharry district

Eligible Applicants: Mission-aligned developers working to preserve and expand affordable housing across Nashville and Davidson County

Partners: Metropolitan Government of Nashville and Davidson County, Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee

Day-to-Day Management: Forsyth Street Asset Management, in collaboration with the Community Foundation of Middle Tennessee and Pillars Development
