• Amount: $2,000.06 (Matt proudly wore #6 when he played Football at Lakota West)
• Recurrence: Awarded annually

Eligibility Requirements

• Graduating senior Football Player at Lakota West High School
• Planning to further their education at 2 or 4 year college/university, trade school, certificate program, etc.
• Must exhibit a track record of community service, good sportsmanship, and putting others before oneself
• Must exhibit exceptional sportsmanship towards fellow teammates and opponents
• Must exhibit character that puts others first and looks for the good in all people

• Lakota West High School (West Chester, OH area)

Selection Process

• Input will be given by the coaches, players and school administration
