Overview: Since the 1950s, AFRO News and Afro Charities have served thousands of families in the Baltimore area, providing food, clothes, and toys for children during the holidays. Mrs. Santa has become a holiday giving tradition for people and organizations across the region.

Geographic Scope: Baltimore area and surrounding region

Beneficiaries: Baltimore families with children

Support: Food, clothes, toys

Current Partnership (since 2024): Furman L. Templeton Preparatory Academy in Baltimore's Upton neighborhood

How to Request Aid:

Send detailed letter about family (number of kids, clothing sizes, etc.) to:
