How to Participate
For Job Fair Applicants:
1. Register for Job Fair: Contact MPDC or check website for upcoming job fair dates
2. Attend Workshop: Participate in hands-on Saturday workshops to prepare
3. Network with Employers: Meet with contractors and employers at job fairs
4. Interview Preparation: Receive coaching on resume, interview skills, and elevator pitch
For OSHA Certification:
1. Pre-Qualification: Contact MPDC to assess qualifications
2. Enroll in Class: Register for OSHA-10 or OSHA-30 classes
3. Complete Training: Attend certification course
4. Earn Certification: Receive OSHA certification upon completion
For Job Placement Support:
1. Contact MPDC: Reach out to Workforce Development team
2. Assessment: MPDC reviews qualifications and experience
3. Database Enrollment: Join applicant referral pool (800+ database)
4. Referral: MPDC refers qualified candidates to employers
For MWBE Contractors:

3. Support Services: Receive back-office support, business development, and technical assistance
4. Referral: MPDC pre-screens and refers to general contractors and developers
