MPDC's Train 2 Trades program is a virtual hands-on workforce training initiative designed to prepare residents for entry-level positions in Boston's growing construction industry. The program follows the Core Curriculum model designed by the National Center for Construction Education and Research (NCCER).- Recruit 50+ participants
- Graduate 20+ participants over one year
- Position MPDC projects to exceed Boston Residents Jobs Policy demands (51% Boston residents, 40% people of color, 12% women)
- Create a larger pool of qualified, trained residents
