Background The Morrison County Area Foundation is a partner fund of the Initiative Foundation, established to serve as a charitable vehicle to raise and distribute financial resources which benefit nonprofits, schools and local units of government in Morrison County. Funding Priorities The Morrison County Area Foundation will accept and consider funding proposals that fit within our mission to improve the quality of life for residents of Morrison County. The following categories will receive priority funding: Education, especially in the development of informed and engaged citizens.Health, including both mental and physical health needs.Developing Welcoming Communities, especially through programs that emphasize community connectedness, improve community appearance, and/or support equity, diversity, and inclusion initiatives. Funding Amount The MCAF Advisory Board will periodically review the minimum and maximum grant size. Our current maximum grant size is $2,000, not to exceed 50% of total project costs.Eligibility
