Program Background

The Montana Grains Foundation awards scholarships to support graduate students pursuing advanced degrees in agricultural and environmental sciences. The foundation recognizes the importance of developing the next generation of agricultural researchers and professionals in Montana.

How to Apply

Application Requirements

  2. Current Transcript - Official transcript required
  3. Essay - Minimum 500 words describing your career plans, including your professional goals and objectives
  4. Letters of Reference - Two (2) non-family, sealed letters of reference

  • Mail sealed letters of reference
  • OR mail completed application with signature page, transcript, essay, and letters of reference to MGF address
