Monsignor Leo Adamiak Trust Provides support for the Ukrainian Catholic Church in the United States and in the Ukraine through financial assistance to needy Ukrainian Catholic parishes, and through a priesthood fund for the education and training of seminarians. Our Committee supports projects and programs that: Support year-round programmingProvide direct services to individuals and reflect the core social mission of the organization Address a need in the community for which there is a demonstrated demand Have broad impact or benefit underserved populations Have measurable outcomes, a plan for documenting results, and long-term sustainability Have diversified income streams and demonstrate effective financial accountability Involve collaboration with other organizations Complement rather than duplicate the work of other non-profit organizationsAre submitted from organizations that have 3 years of operation in full service to others. Also, the program or project for which you are applying needs to have at least one (1) complete year with a report showing the measurable impact available prior to applyingEligibility
