Monsignor Leo Adamiak Trust Grant (Ohio)

The Monsignor Leo Adamiak Trust Grant provides financial assistance to Ukrainian Catholic parishes in the U.S. and Ukraine, aiming to support their educational and operational needs. Eligible organizations must demonstrate a commitment to community service with a history of at least three years. The trust favors projects with measurable impacts and sustainable outcomes, while not supporting general operating costs or for-profit entities. Our Committee supports projects and programs that:

• Support year-round programmingProvide direct services to individuals and reflect the core social mission of the organization
• Address a need in the community for which there is a demonstrated demand
• Have broad impact or benefit underserved populations
• Have measurable outcomes, a plan for documenting results, and long-term sustainability
• Have diversified income streams and demonstrate effective financial accountability
• Involve collaboration with other organizations

Complement rather than duplicate the work of other non-profit organizationsAre submitted from organizations that have 3 years of operation in full service to others. Also, the program or project for which you are applying needs to have at least one (1) complete year with a report showing the measurable impact available prior to applying
