Overview

Minnesota Racial Equity Fund To help support lasting change, the Racial Equity Fund will support organizations in the Twin Cities area that are working to address historic, systemic racism and its impact on communities of color. Specifically, grants will be awarded to programs that are focused on addressing racial inequities in the areas of employment, education and community safety. The H.B. Fuller Company Foundation conducts one grant cycle per year in support of Racial Equity programming that addresses employment, education, and community safety in the communities surrounding our St. Paul, Minnesota headquarters. Funding Individual grants typically range from $5,000 to $10,000.

Grant Requirements:Tax-exempt 501(c)(3) organizations Projects aligned with the Racial Equity Fund’s focus areas Organizations located in Hennepin and/or Ramsey countiesOnly one application will be accepted to the H.B. Fuller Company Foundation per 12-month time period.

Ineligibility

H.B. Fuller will not make grants to fund:Capital campaigns and endowments Disease-specific organizations Courtesy, goodwill or public service advertisements Fraternal or veterans organizations, with the exception of programs Fundraising events or sponsorships that benefit the broader community directly Individuals, including scholarships Religious groups for religious purposes Programs that appear to be the responsibility of the government, unless they are a community-based effort directed at improving the delivery of government-funded servicesPolitical/lobbying organizations Travel Basic or applied research
