Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for funding consideration, an agency must meet ALL of the following criteria:
• Be recommended by an IICF board member, supporting company, or fundraising program
• Be organized as a 501(c)(3) charity
• Proposal must fall within one of the three approved funding focus areas
• Complete and submit a proposal based upon guidelines furnished by the Foundation
• Maintain effective and efficient business practices and does not discriminate

Important Notes

• IICF does not accept unsolicited grant requests — Proposals are requested by invitation only
• Three-year consecutive funding maximum rule: An organization is deemed ineligible for funding consideration following three years of consecutive funding
