Background Established in 1997, the HCA Healthcare Foundation's Middle Tennessee Fund invests in nonprofits that strengthen the health and wellbeing of our communities. We focus on organizations addressing basic needs, primary care, health and wellbeing, education, and nonprofit capacity building - with priority given to those fostering authentic connections with HCA Healthcare colleagues through board service and volunteer engagement.
