In response to the ongoing wildfire crisis in Los Angeles and Southern California, the Center for Native American Youth is able to offer five $1,000 micro-grants to Native youth who want to help rebuild their community. Native youth (ages 18-24) can apply for up to $1,000 in funding through the Democracy is Indigenous initiative for community-centered relief events and services, including but not limited to: Community feeds during wildfire relief activities (rebuilds, donation events, etc)Clothing drives or distributionsFood/water distributionCommunity healing conveningsRebuild planning meetings
