Meshech Frost Trust The Meshech Frost Trust provides support for civic improvement or the beautifying of the city of Tiffin and for the needy poor or other charitable work in Tiffin, Ohio. Our Committee supports projects and programs that: Support year-round programmingProvide direct services to individuals and reflect the core social mission of the organizationAddress a need in the community for which there is a demonstrated demandHave broad impact or benefit underserved populationsHave measurable outcomes, a plan for documenting results, and long-term sustainabilityHave diversified income streams and demonstrate effective financial accountabilityInvolve collaboration with other organizationsComplement rather than duplicate the work of other non-profit organizationsAre submitted from organizations that have 3 years of operation in full service to others. Also, the program or project for which you are applying needs to have at least one (1) complete year with a report showing the measurable impact available prior to applyingEligibility
