MCSF- Undergraduate & Associate Degree Scholarship The mission of the Marine Corps Scholarship Foundation is to Honor Marines by Educating Their Children. This scholarship is for undergraduate students at every level. Our scholarship can be used in addition to any other benefits you may be receiving. Your scholarship may be used for any cost of attendance expenses incurred during the academic year. Cost of attendance can include but is not limited to: tuition/fees, room/board, books, transportation, and other school-related expenses as defined by your school. You should discuss directly with your school’s Financial Aid Office about their reimbursement/disbursement policies and how you wish to use your scholarship funds.

Eligibility

You can learn more about this opportunity by visiting the funder's website. All applicants must be the child of a Marine or a Navy Corpsman, Chaplain or Religious Programs specialist attached to a Marine unit, Have a cumulative GPA of 2.00, and have an adjusted gross income at or below the financial eligibility threshold determined by the Foundation on an annual basis. For the 2025-2026 application, the threshold is $123,000 for tax year 2023.Only applicants with extreme extenuating financial circumstances will be considered. Note, extenuating circumstances do NOT include: “I am paying for college on my own” or “I am attending an expensive college.”Child or step-child of one of the following:Active duty, Reserve, or veteran U.S. MarineVeterans must have received an honorable discharge.A Marine killed while serving in the U.S. Marine CorpsActive duty, reserve, or veteran U.S. Navy Corpsman, Navy Chaplain or Religious Program Specialist who is or was attached to a U.S. Marine Corps unit or who was killed while serving with a U.S. Marine Corps unitAttending or planning to attend an accredited school that is eligible for federal fundingSubmit a completed application with all required documents by the deadline

Military parent or applicant veteran does not have an honorable dischargeApplicant already has an undergraduate degreeApplicant and/or awarded scholar is attending a Federal Service AcademyApplicant and/or awarded scholar is attending a school not listed on College Navigator or one that is not eligible for federal fundingApplicants whose military stepparent is no longer married to their biological parentApplicants who will not have a high school diploma by August 1, 2025Note: We are unable to support dual enrollment or early access programs
