Mazama Conservation Grant Program The Mazama Conservation Grant Program provides vital funding to protect and preserve the Pacific Northwest's mountain environments, wilderness areas, and other vulnerable landscapes. Since the programs inception, the program has awarded annual grants ranging from $500 to $2,500 to support various conservation initiatives, including wilderness protection, trail maintenance, environmental education, and forest preservation projects. With a particular focus on Mt. Hood and surrounding regions, the program partners with both established environmental organizations and grassroots community groups.
