Fenker Scholarship Mary Fenker, who passed away in 2020, taught first and second grade for 32 years at Campbell and Ontario Elementary Schools. Financial need is a consideration. Scholarship may be renewed for up to 3 additional years at the discretion of Scholarship Advisory Committee.
