Our primary goal is to enable individuals to make lasting contributions that enhance the quality of life throughout Erie County, Ohio—today, tomorrow, forever. Bertha and David Wiggins Scholarship Offered through a partnership with The Cleveland Foundation, this scholarship is intended for students of high scholastic achievement from a wide racial, religious, and cultural spectrum. Mr. and Mrs. Wiggins owned and operated a retail establishment in Sandusky called "Mr. Wiggs". Successful applicants will be students whose family income is greater than $100,000.Eligibility
