Community Grants The Mary E. Bivins Foundation distributes funds in the form of grants for charitable purposes that address specific, nonrecurring needs of nonprofit organizations committed to improving and enriching the quality of life in the 26 counties of the Texas Panhandle. Since 1949, the Foundation has awarded more than $30 million to qualified recipients from across the Panhandle. Minimum grant request amount is $5,000.
The Mary E. Bivins Foundation will consider grant requests that follow the guidelines and address critical community needs; however, the Foundation will give preference to proposals that address the following areas of focus:
