Marvin A. Andrews Scholarship/Internship
Purpose: Honors the dedicated years of service by Marvin Andrews, former City Manager of Phoenix. Designed to financially assist Arizona students in public administration, public policy, or undergraduates working toward their Masters of Public Administration degree who aspire to a career in local government management.

To Apply:
1. Visit the scholarship application site
2. Submit application for both Andrews & Esser Scholarships through same portal
3. Selected Andrews Scholarship recipient will interview prospective cities, towns, and counties that have submitted applications to host the intern

Note: Students not selected as scholarship recipient will have opportunity to interview with hosts not selected by scholarship recipient (if available). Non-selected students will be notified in March.
