About CPCF Mission Enriching the quality of life in South Lake County Providing financial assistance to fund a broad range of community needsMaximizing charitable gifts by utilizing current tax lawDirecting resources in a manner tailored to meet donors’ specific needs managing endowment assets which will meet philanthropic needs Scholarships The Crown Point Community Foundation is the financial administrator of over 80 scholarship funds created by generous community donors. Scholarship criteria is chosen by the donor. The scholarship committee reviews all submitted applications and makes recommendations based on the criteria of each scholarship. For Graduating High School SeniorsCriteria:Scholarship Type 1:CPHS graduating student;minimum 3.0 GPA;must have documented completion of involvement in at least 5 theatre productions (either on stage, backstage, or any combination) from CPHS;pursuing a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) at any accredited college or universityIf no one meets the criteria in the last bullet point, the following criteria may be considered in the order of priority:1. pursuing a minor in Theatre Arts at any accredited college or university;2. pursuing a degree at any accredited college, university, or trade school*Scholarship Type 2: CPHS graduating student;minimum 3.0 GPA; must have documented completion of involvement in at least 5 theatre productions (either on stage, backstage, or any combination) from CPHS;pursuing a degree at any accredited college, university, or trade schoolIneligibility
