- Must be a current or aspiring technical or trade student
- Must reside in York, Cumberland, Androscoggin, Aroostook, Franklin, Oxford, Penobscot, Piscataquis, or Somerset County, Maine
- Must have been accepted into a 2 or 4-year college, apprenticeship, post-secondary certificate program, or be directly entering the workforce in their chosen trade
