    Application Requirements

    Required Materials:
    1. Essay or Video Essay
    - Minimum 300 words (essay format)
    - OR 3-minute video essay
    - Must explain: Your community, volunteer, or group leadership efforts and their impact on the community

    2. Letter of Recommendation
    - One letter required
    - Must be from: Teacher, advisor, mentor, or instructor
