The MACPA Foundation provides scholarships to Maryland college students who are committed to pursuing a career as a Certified Public Accountant (CPA). Through generous donor contributions, the Foundation provides scholarships, leadership programs, and mentorship opportunities to secure the future of the CPA profession.

    Eligibility Requirements

    Applicants must meet ALL of the following criteria:
  • Be a U.S. citizen or Lawful Permanent Resident
  • Be a Maryland resident
  • Be attending a Maryland college or university
  • Have completed introductory Accounting courses by the time of the award
  • Be majoring in Accounting, Business, Finance or other related field
  • Be committed to obtaining CPA designation
  • Be enrolled in an undergraduate or graduate program that will allow them to achieve the accounting concentration required to sit for the CPA Exam in Maryland
  • Demonstrate commitment to pursuing a career as a CPA by joining MACPA as a student member
