Target Population: Members and majority members of:
Geographic Scope: California residents
Award Amount: $500 - $5,000
- United States Citizen
- California resident
- Member or majority member of Job's Daughters International, International Order of the Rainbow for Girls, or DeMolay International
- Attending accredited college, university, community college, trade school, or religious institution
- Minimum cumulative unweighted 3.0 GPA
- Demonstrate financial need
- Strong high school and/or community leadership record
