Literature Awards: Sustained Contributions The ASHP Foundation Literature Awards Program: Award for Sustained Contributions annually recognizes a pharmacist who, over the course of his/her career, has made significant contributions to biomedical literature. Administered by the ASHP Foundation since 1971, this program is based on the concept that recognition through awards stimulates research and innovation and fosters improvement in the quality of biomedical literature. The Award for Sustained Contributions is made to an individual who has a track record for publishing relevant articles of consistently high quality and impact in the primary, peer-reviewed, biomedical literature over a minimum of twenty (20) years. The recipient of this award receives: $5,000 honorarium.Public announcement via press release and other Foundation communication channels. Public recognition the ASHP Midyear Clinical Meeting.A plaque commemorating their work. ArticlesApplication requires you to submit your ten (10) highest impact contributions, these articles must have been published in a PubMed-indexed, peer-reviewed biomedical journal; andApplicants are required to submit a biographical sketch, which will be used in the review of the applicants’ overall contributions to biomedical literature.Ineligibility
