Eligibility:

• Candidates from underrepresented groups in the industry (persons of color, women, veterans)
• Unemployed and underemployed individuals
• Individuals particularly impacted by COVID-19 pandemic seeking job transitions
• Must be selected/accepted into the program

• 3-6 months of education and technical training
• 1-year full-time, paid apprenticeship at participating companies
• On-the-job training and mentorship
• Holistic individual support services
• Industry-recognized skills certification

How to Apply

1. Contact MassBioEd with inquiries about program availability and application process
2. Complete application to be selected/accepted into the program
3. Upon acceptance:
   • Participate in 3-6 months of education and technical training
   • Receive placement support for paid apprenticeship position
   • Begin 1-year full-time paid apprenticeship at participating company
   • Receive ongoing mentorship and support services
