  • Hopeworks: Tech training and paid-work pathways leading to living-wage careers for young adults

  • Wistar Institute: Training biomedical technicians for in-demand roles and life sciences entry points

  • 12+: Keeping students on track to graduate and access post-secondary and career pathways

  • EPS: Wraparound family support stabilizing households

    • Strategic Focus Areas:

  • Basic Needs: Stabilizing families so progress can stick

  • Education: Building skills, confidence, and readiness

  • Opportunity: Connecting talent to living-wage careers

    • 2023-2024 Impact Outcomes:

  • Basic Needs: 600 individuals facing homelessness now have stable housing; 900 children from low-income families connected to medical home

  • Education: 420 young adults received skill-building education; 780 low-income children achieved or surpassed literacy goals

  • Opportunity: 129 young adults launched careers generating $5.5M+ combined salaries; 293 job seekers secured opportunities averaging $21.36/hour

  • Respect and standing in community with relationships to other organizations

  • Capacity to engage volunteers

  • Commitment to building creative partnership with Life Science Cares
