  • 2023-2024 Impact Outcomes:

  • Basic Needs: 600 individuals facing homelessness now have stable housing; 900 children from low-income families connected to medical home

  • Education: 420 young adults received skill-building education; 780 low-income children achieved or surpassed literacy goals

  • Opportunity: 129 young adults launched careers generating $5.5M+ combined salaries; 293 job seekers secured opportunities averaging $21.36/hour
