Leadership Development Program (Cohort)

Overview: Provides certified BIPOC Executive and Life Coaches to assist BIPOC Nonprofit Executives and Next-Generation Leaders in the Pittsburgh region in strengthening their leadership, organizational, and personal growth. Coaching provided at no cost to participants or their organizations.

BIPOC (Black, Indigenous, People of Color) nonprofit executives

Next-generation leaders in BIPOC-led nonprofits
