Overview

LCCU Scholarship Program

Geographic Scope: Lewis Clark Credit Union's membership area, including Clearwater, Idaho, Latah, Lewis, and Nez Perce counties in Idaho and all counties in Washington state

Program Description: Five $1,000 scholarships awarded annually to top qualifying high school seniors enrolling in college or vocational-technical school.

    Eligibility Requirements

  • Must be a high school senior enrolling in college or vocational-technical school
  • Must be a member of Lewis Clark Credit Union
  • Must maintain full-time status of 12 credit hours or more
  • Must provide a copy of high school transcript with application
  • Evaluation criteria include: financial need, leadership activities, GPA level, and SAT/ACT scores
  • Recipients must begin college studies no later than the spring semester of the first year following receipt of the scholarship

    Award Details

  • Amount: $1,000 per scholarship
  • Number of Awards: Five (5) scholarships per year
  • Payment Method: Payable directly to the school of higher education of recipient's choice
  • Notification: Recipients notified by mail; scholarships presented at annual high school Awards Assembly
