Are 501(c)(3) charitable organizations registered with the Registry of Charitable Organizations under the Office of the New Mexico Attorney General as required by the New Mexico Charitable Solicitations ActHave a physical location, file all tax and state required documents, and perform the majority of its programs or events in one of the following seven counties of New Mexico: Los Alamos County, Mora County, Rio Arriba County, San Miguel County, Sandoval County, Santa Fe County, or Taos County.Are able to provide supporting documents, as requested (ex. IRS Letter of Designation, W-9, List of Board Members, Financial Statements, completed 990)
