Each summer, The Leonidas Foundation hosts an extraordinary, multi-day leadership retreat in Washington, D.C. for over 30 selected high school juniors and seniors from the L.E.O. Program.- Exclusive Seminars: Led by top professionals from government, business, and nonprofit sectors
- Networking Opportunities: Direct engagement with successful entrepreneurs, thought leaders, and policymakers
- Professional Development Workshops: Build confidence and skills through structured workshops
- Mentorship Connections: Network with accomplished professionals and mentors
- Civic Engagement: Explore how entrepreneurship and leadership intersect with public service
- Historical Tours: Visit Washington, D.C. landmarks including: - The U.S. Capitol - Martin Luther King Jr. Memorial - The Supreme Court - FDR Memorial - The White House

- Selected from Don Bosco Prep, Mount Saint Dominic Academy, West Side High School, and other participating schools
