Organization must be a non-profit organization either based in the United States or able to obtain a 501(c)(3) Equivalency DeterminationOrganization must be based in or deliver impact in one of Kyndryl's core counties, which in year one includes USA, Japan, Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, Slovakia, and IndiaOrganization must support cybersecurity workforce development or nonprofit capacity buildingTechnology and innovation are central to our business, to Kyndryl employees, and a focus of Kyndryl Foundation's grantmaking. Organization must be led by individuals from the communities the organization servesAt Kyndryl Foundation, we believe that the best solutions come from people most directly impacted by the challenges we seek to address. That's why we fund organizations rooted in the communities they serve and led by trusted individuals with lived experience within those communities.
