Kuyper Foundation Grant

The Kuyper Foundation Grant supports charitable initiatives that benefit the Pella community and surrounding areas. With grants ranging from $5,000 to $50,000, the Foundation focuses on nonprofit organizations, educational institutions, and governmental entities. The aim is to address local needs while upholding the founders' legacy of service to humanity and God. Notably, grants are not available for individual projects, except through approved scholarship programs.

The Peter H. and E. Lucille Gaass Kuyper Foundation continues the legacy of the founders by keeping in mind the “desire for service to humanity and God” and the family’s interest in and support of Central College.
Grants are given to 501(c)3 public charities, educational institutions and city and state organizations that address needs in Pella and surrounding communities. Grants are usually in the range of $5,000–50,000 and will typically be for no more than 25% of the total cost of the project.

Eligibility

The Kuyper Foundation is focused on funding grants to qualified nonprofit 501(c)3 public charities, governmental entities or educational institutions in Pella, Iowa and the surrounding communities.

Ineligibility

The Kuyper Foundation does not make grants to individuals other than through approved scholarship programs.
