Kiwanis Club and Kiwanis Family Club Grants

Geographic Scope: Ohio

Focus Areas:

• Safe and Healthy Kids (primary focus)
• Community outreach
• Projects that impact children and families in local Kiwanis communities

Eligibility:

• Grant applications must align with the purposes of the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation
• Grant requests from Kiwanis clubs and Kiwanis Family Clubs in Ohio are preferred
• Applications welcome from agencies and organizations
• No grants to individuals
• Foundation operates without discrimination based on age, race, religion, sex, or national origin

Priority Criteria:

• Projects that reach persons not served by existing services
• Seed money for innovative programs in the Foundation's field of interest
• Projects that encourage matching gifts or additional funding from other donors
• Projects yielding substantial benefits for resources invested
• Support of Safe and Healthy Kids emphasis or community outreach
• Involvement of Kiwanis family clubs through volunteer service and financial commitment
• Maximum request of $3,000 per grant
