All active, privileged, and senior members of the Ohio District of Kiwanis are automatically voting members of the Foundation which is governed by a Board of Trustees. Funds earmarked for specific projects will be collected and distributed only to those projects. Funds which are not designated for specific projects are invested and only the proceeds of these investments may be used to help meet our mission. In accordance with IRS statute 501(c)3, donations, gifts, bequests of money or property to the Ohio District Kiwanis Foundation are tax-exempt.
