Kids Chance of New Mexico Who We Are Kids Chance of New Mexico was formed in 2011 to serve and support the Association’s mission to offer scholarships to the children of New Mexico workers, who have either been killed or were catastrophically injured due to a work injury. The Foundation is a 501 (c) 3 organization that functions separately, but in conjunction with the Association’s board. Scholarship Kids’ Chance of New Mexico (KCNM) provides college scholarships to the children of New Mexico workers who have been severely or fatally injured in a workplace-related accident. The scholarship may cover items such as tuition, books, housing, meals or course fees.Eligibility
