We accept applications on a rolling basis throughout the year. The Executive Committee typically meets monthly to interview grant applicants. Due to the high volume of applications, requests may take six months to be reviewed. Our Mission The mission of the Kelley Foundation is to enrich the quality of life on Cape Cod through the Kelley Foundation Scholars Program and grants to nonprofit organizations providing programs and services that support all areas of the community: health and human services; housing; youth development; food security and access; arts & culture; and the environment.
