Program Description: KCRAR offers a $1,000 scholarship to a Kansas City member to attend the Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy. The Missouri REALTORS® Leadership Academy is a statewide program to train emerging REALTOR® leaders.
- Consists of five retreats
- Participants work together on presentations, group activities and project planning
- Develops skills in leadership, team building, goal setting, personal profile analysis, communication, ethical decision making and more
- Statewide program accepts 12 to 16 members
- Open to REALTORS® living in Missouri
Program Details
- Must be an active REALTOR® member of KCRAR
- Must reside in Missouri
- Must be selected by KCRAR Board of Directors
- Must then receive admission consideration from Missouri REALTORS®
