2. Applications are submitted by referrers on behalf of families/guardians
3. Email completed application to info@katieskids14.org
Post-Approval:
1. If approved, the organization will send a check to the appropriate entity OR gift card electronically to referrer
2. Referrer must email info@katieskids14.org after providing the gift card or donated item to the guardian
3. Processing time: Within 5 business days of approval
