Application Process

For Participants:
1. Application & Fee Deadline: June 15 (firm deadline - late applications and checks not accepted)
2. Fee: $250.00
3. Refund Requests: Submit refund request form online by July 15 (last day for refunds)

For Counselors:
1. Application Deadline: June 15
2. Materials: Form available on website under Forms section
3. Submission: Send to Iowa Department Office
