It is Journey For Good Foundation’s mission to fight poverty with food, shelter, education, and workforce development opportunities by directing our charitable investments based on our pillars of giving: Relieve hunger and promote nutritional wellnessCombat homelessness through access to safe housing, furnishings, clothing, and stable employmentEncourage the next generation through access to education and trainingProvide opportunity for financial stability through hospitality industry training and placementHonor our veterans and their families by supporting programs that meet their needs for food, shelter, medical care, and job training and placement Journey For Good Grant What We Support In all of its grant making, the Foundation seeks to support organizations in the U.S. and Canada with: strong staff and board leadership; effective financial management; a commitment to working in partnership with other nonprofits, government, and business; and an understanding of the interconnectedness of the challenges facing people who are economically vulnerable and the ability to address those challenges in a holistic way.
