• Historical Pattern: Typically 2-5 awards made annually (though reduced during COVID-19)
• Grant Period: Typically November 1 – October 31 (annual cycle)

Review Process

• Applications reviewed by a Food Security Program Advisory Review Committee
• Committee includes representatives from multiple hospital departments and a representative from the J. Johnson Family
• Finalists may be contacted for Zoom interviews

How to Apply

1. Download the RFP: Obtain the Request for Proposals document (RFP# fy2021-07 or current year equivalent) from Holy Cross Hospital
2. Prepare Proposal: Submit a complete proposal addressing the RFP requirements
3. Submit Application: Email proposal to:
