How to Apply

1. Email Council32@afscme32.org with the following information:
- Member's name
- Student-applicant's name
- Member's address
- Member's phone with area code
- Member's email

2. Request the scholarship application and rules from Shannon Linde at slinde@afscme32.org or contact the main office

3. Complete the application form and rules requirements

4. Deadline: Applications must be postmarked by April 20th (annual)

• Completed application form
• Member verification information
• Compliance with eligibility requirements outlined in Rules and Rate Sheets
