Overview
JICUF Global Scholarship Program - United States Scholars Initiative
Purpose: To increase the number of international, degree-seeking undergraduate students from the United States at ICU.
Award Type: Merit-based scholarship providing full-tuition support for four years of undergraduate study at ICU.
Number of Awards: Two incoming first-year students annually (starting 2018).
- Must be United States citizens
- Must have completed high school in the United States
- Must demonstrate an interest in Japan, the Japanese language, and the liberal arts

Geographic Scope
Background
Launched in 2017 as part of JICUF's comprehensive scholarship program reform. The reform aims to increase international degree-seeking undergraduate students at ICU, further geographic and socioeconomic diversity of the ICU student body, and create a network of scholarship recipients.Contact
