James Bocchi Memorial Scholarship Grant

The James Bocchi Memorial Scholarship, provided by the Sky Lakes Medical Center Foundation, supports college students beyond their first year pursuing nursing programs at Klamath Community College or OHSU/Oregon Institute of Technology. Eligible applicants must be graduates of Klamath Basin high schools and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5. This scholarship underscores the Foundation's commitment to enhancing community health and education through financial assistance.

Since its founding in 1985, the Foundation has relied on the generosity of hundreds of donors—from former patients to local businesses—to help maintain high-quality, patient-focused care for the region.
This scholarship is open to college students beyond their first year who are attending or accepted into a nursing program at Klamath Community College (KCC) or OHSU/Oregon Institute of Technology (OIT). Applicants must be graduates of Klamath Basin high schools, either public or private, and maintain a minimum GPA of 2.5 or equivalent to be eligible.
