The Community Foundation for Southwest Washington is a public charitable organization dedicated to strengthening communities across Southwest Washington by connecting people, resources, and philanthropic goals. The Jack and Carol Kelly Scholarship, established in 2012, supports local students who plan to return and contribute to their communities after completing their education. The scholarship is intended for students pursuing a degree, certificate, training, or apprenticeship in vocational, technical, trade, or business careers.

Eligibility

Have graduated (or be on track to graduate) from a high school located in the four county area of Clark County WA, Clackamas OR, Washington OR, or Multnomah OR, or Be children or grandchildren of employees of Instrument Sales & Services, Inc.Continue their education at an accredited college, university, career or technical school, or apprenticeship program.
